Our Client Relationship Manager, Lauren Ashun, embarks on a series of podcasts on Japanese Knotweed with ‘leading case’ Barrister, Tom Carter, of Rope Walk Chambers.

Tom is a barrister who acted for the successful claimant, Mr Williams, in the case of Williams v Network Rail. That case was heard by the Court of Appeal in 2018 and is the leading case on Japanese knotweed claims. In the Legal 500, he is listed as a tier 1 barrister for property disputes and is particularly well known for knotweed claims.
