The Future is Bright

2020 has seen some astronomical changes to our day to day life and while we have all now adapted to this new way of living, the team at Affiniti Finance are continuing to push the boundaries within the legal funding market and explore innovative ways to service existing and new clients alike.

During the last few months, we have had a marked increase of new enquiries from law firms looking at ways to future proof their capital, whilst securing funding to continue with expansion plans. Our panel of law firms, many of whom we are now supporting across several different claim types, are increasing in volumes and take up of our range of products. We have been working with our panel, and new firms, to develop our product offering further.

Applications for our unique Life & Rehabilitation facility have seen an increase with claimants requiring financial support during this particularly difficult time. The facility can be used for financial support as well as rehabilitation.  We are delighted that more than ever we have been able to assist claimants in this way.

June is set to be an exciting and even busier time for the Affiniti team. Our Law Firm Portal has been undergoing a makeover, with improvements set to assist law firms even more in managing their funded cases online. The enhanced functionality of the Portal will transform how we connect with our panel, and the information that we can offer, direct from their desktops.

Throughout June we will be launching several new product offerings, to new and existing panel firms.

We have added a new Military Personal Injury CCA loan, for military service personnel bringing claims against the MOD for avoidable illness or injury during service. We have also created a new Law Firm lend product for Plevin and Financial Mis-Selling cases.

These will be unveiled across our website and social media platforms in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye out for those. The new lines will enhance and complement our current portfolio of CCA funding for Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Financial Mis-selling, Data-Breach, Timeshare, Housing Disrepair and Japanese Knotweed claims.

The last few months have resulted in our day-to-day working environment changing significantly. We were all keen to see how this would affect business. It has been gratifying to see, that after a week or so of adjusting to working at home, that our panel of law firms have been seeking ways to ensure that the lockdown disrupts their businesses as little as possible. Our new product offerings have been met with enthusiasm, and led to conversations on other areas of work, and dialogue with new law firms.

At Affiniti we have always been confident that legal funding is a game changer for firms. At a time when cashflow is even tighter than normal, being able to partner with a funder who can support your business through this period, and longer term is a win-win situation.

We are all in this together, we can support each other’s businesses through these turbulent and unpredictable times.
