Dental Negligence Disbursement loans
We provide funding for a variety of Dental Negligence claims, including delay or incorrect diagnosis, periodontal disease misdiagnosis and nerve injuries.
Many dental negligence claims arise when a patient suffers injury to their teeth due to dental mistreatment which can cause ongoing pain and discomfort; or in some cases changes to patient’s physical appearance can be caused as a result of dental malpractice.
Our Dental Negligence Loans can be used to fund the expenses, such as court fees and expert medical reports, incurred when pursuing a claim for restorative treatment and compensation for pain, suffering and loss of amenity.
How does the funding work?
- The repayment of the loan is secured by an assignment of the Claimant’s ATE Insurance Policy and undertakings given by the solicitor in relation to the proceeds payable under the claim. In the event that a claim is lost or discontinued, the loan is repaid to Affiniti Finance from the insurance policy proceeds
- We charge interest on a simple, not compound, basis and this interest is not payable until the claim is resolved
- The money is drawn down as required by the solicitor running the claim, and paid directly into the law firm’s client account
- The loan, including interest and fees is repayable from damages awarded to the Claimant when the claim is settled
